Elizabeth Lunde is the owner of Lunde Legal, PLLC, a Washington state law firm dedicated to representing employees and individuals in employment discrimination and civil rights matters. Licensed to practice law in Washington State since 2016, she is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. She began her legal career representing insurance companies and corporate defendants in litigation, experience that provided valuable insight into defense strategies and now informs her work advocating for employees and individuals. Her practice encompasses all stages of civil litigation, from initial intake and pre-suit investigation through discovery, motion practice, and jury trial preparation. The firm’s approach emphasizes careful factual development, disciplined litigation strategy, and preparing every case with trial in mind. At the same time, mediation and other forms of resolution are pursued when they serve a client’s best interests, recognizing that each case requires a tailored strategy to achieve the best possible outcome. Throughout her career, she has obtained positive results for clients across multiple practice areas, including employment discrimination, civil rights, personal injury, and insurance bad faith. Andy Kralios is an experienced civil litigator with seventeen years of experience as an attorney handling a wide range of contested matters in state and federal courts. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2008, the Connecticut bar, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Washington state, and the United State District Court Western District of Washington. Andy’s litigation experience spans numerous areas of civil law and now focuses on representing individuals in disputes against employers and insurance companies. He has managed cases at every stage of litigation, from initial intake and investigation through discovery, motion practice, to jury and bench trials. His background on both the defense and plaintiff sides of civil litigation provides a practical, balanced perspective in complex cases.
